Mission:
JUDAH means “PRAISE,” and praise is an expression of faith and a declaration of victory! It declares that we believe God is with us and in control of the outcome of all our circumstances. Praise is a sacrifice. It is something that we offer God sacrificially, not just because we feel like it, but because we believe God and wish to please God. “By Him therefore let us offer the sacrifice of praise to God continually, that is, the fruit of our lips giving thanks to God’s name (Hebrews 13:15). This verse speaks of the vision for our praise team. We have adopted this as our “mission statement,” the goal we strive for as we minister during worship services.
We are a vital part to the ministry of this body of believers and our purpose is to lead the congregation in true worship under the guidance of the Holy Spirit. “God is a Spirit, and they that worship Him must worship Him in spirit and in truth” (John 4:24). We, the members of the Voices of Judah, lead the praise celebrations during worship services and we are excited to be able to share our excitement, lead you into worship, and invite you into the presence of God.
Vision:
Serve in the spirit of excellence; our primary goal is to give God all the praise, glory and honor that He deserves. We are committed first and foremost to God and we believe that our lives should reflect His glory through Godly living and holiness. We believe that being a worshipper is a way of life and that we are called to serve the body of Christ with our talents and skill in a way that puts God at the center of our worship. (Revelation 7:12 & Romans 11:36)
